Maturity is the ability to handle frustration, control anger, settle differences without violence or distuction.
Maturity is patience, its the willingness to postpone gratification, to pass up the immediate pleasure or profit in favour of the long term gain.
Marurity is perseverance, unselfishness, responding to the needs of others. its the ability to face unpleasantness and disappointment without becoming better. its a gift of remaining calm in the face of chos. This means peace, not only for ourselves, but for those with whom we live and for those whose lives touch ours.
Marurity is humility, being able to accept and say ''I Was Wrong'' ready to say ''I Am Sorry'' and when his proven right, he does not have to say, ''I Told You So''.
Maturity is the abilty to make decision, to act on that decision, and to accept full responsibility for the outcome. The immature have excuss for everything. thay are chronically tardy, their lives are a maze of broken promises, unfinished business and are former friends. The most important aspect of maturity is the ability to live in with that which we cannot changed.
